[b] I was given the rights to a New QME Panel by a WCJ, Ok now does it mean that everything that the QME, stated is now that his determination has been in Basic Terms thrown out because of the time line factor, Does it mean that his rating decision is removed, and his Evaluation never going to be used against me again.
Also since he stated that I was P&S for what I still was waiting to medical treatment for revoked as well.
And last does the Insurance Carrier have to pay me retroactive back to when they stopped my TTD when I was still entitled to it. Because of futher treatment that was needed. Thank Bill [/b] |
